I've been taking this for some years, after I read that it may have protective effects against atherosclerosis, such as avoiding the build up of plaque in the arteries etc. A year's supply is very reasonably priced and the small tablet is easy to take. I can't offer any proof that it improves health in any particular way.

Can't quantify K2 in any sense but as I take/ need vitamin D it's better to take to make sure my bones are benefitting and I wont eat fermented food 🤢 supplement is the only way to get enough.
