I was recommended this supplement by a German doctor friend of mine for general well being and, in my case, trouble sleeping. After trying out some Ashwagandha that she gave me, (she uses it daily herself), I found that NuU were the best value. Since menopause hit around 5 years ago, I have had trouble sleeping a d also with fluctuations of emotions. These supplements work better than any antidepressants I've taken. Life savers...couldn't live without them. Highly recommended
