Description
Myo-Inositol itself naturally occurs in the body ensuring insulin is functioning properly, however with PCOS, women can have a deficiency that causes insulin resistance which also affects the glucose metabolism. Ingredients
Myo-Inositol, Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose, Dicalcium phosphate), Anti-caking agents (Fatty acids), Glazing agents (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Glycerol), Chromium picolinate, 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (Folate).
Directions
Adults take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening (4 tablets daily) with a glass of water and preferably with a meal, or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
